Your Voice, Your Choice, Your Control - Children's Survey

Listening to children and giving them a chance to speak up is really important for keeping them safe.

If you are between 11-17 and have had contact/involvement with children’s social services in Pembrokeshire over the last 12 months, please could you complete this short survey. Answering the questions will help us understand what life is like for you and children like you and what might be needed. 

This survey will not collect your details like name and email address.
