The Customer Service Centre will operate between 9am and 12pm and 1pm to 4pm.

If your enquiry is complex or needs further information, or you have particular communication requirements, we may have to ask you to make an appointment to come back at a different time, so we can ensure your needs are fully met.

Haverfordwest (County Hall North Wing) Customer Service Centre is situated to the right hand side of County Hall (if approaching from the front of the building) the entrance faces on to the river and is close to the road bridge. Access for wheel chairs is via automatic doors and there is a low desk available for users, this also has a hearing loop.
