Well-being Assessment
Help shape the future of well-being in our communities
About this consultation
Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire Public Services Boards (partnerships of local organisations like councils, health services, emergency services and others collaborating to improve well-being) are working together to understand what matters most to people who live, work and study in our area.
By taking a few minutes to complete this survey, you’ll help us build a clear picture of local well-being—what’s working well and what could be improved.
Your views will directly inform our next Well-being Plans and help shape decisions that affect our communities. We’d love to hear from you. Whether you have a lot to say or just a few thoughts to share, every response makes a difference.
