How much notice do I need to give you of my event?

This will depend upon the size and nature of the event – please read our Event Planning & Notification pages.

 Key things to remember:

• you may need as much as 12-18 months planning time
• the summer can be a busy time, with hundreds of events taking place within your area
• specialist advice may be required and special permission may take time
• you will need to allow time for any licences or permissions to be granted.
