Do I need to make adjustments for disabled people?

Yes you do. Event organisers are required under the Equality Act 2010 to take reasonable measures to ensure that they are not discriminating against disabled people.

You may want to consider preparing a disabled access statement setting out the degree of accessibility of your service to disabled customers.
