Where do we go from here?

The most likely timescale to introduce the new recycling services will be Autumn 2019, but we will keep residents updated on progress as we go proceed.
Before the changes come into effect, there will also be plenty of communication from the Council about the new methods of recycling, so everyone will know exactly how the arrangements will affect them.

Two items from the Waste Services Review have already been actioned:

• The cost of a bulky household waste collection was reduced on 1 April 2018 to £20 for the collection of up to 10 items
• The Council signed up to The Courtauld Commitment on 12 June 2018
