Electoral Registration Canvass 2025
We are required to keep our register of eligible voters up to date. Over the next few weeks we will contact every household to find out if the details on the electoral register are correct.
Your household may be contacted by:

On Friday the 15th of August, some residents in Pembrokeshire will receive an electoral registration canvass email. Please respond to this email to confirm that all the details are correct, or inform us of any changes that we need to make. This will mean that we do not need to send you a paper form through the post. The email will be sent from:
pembrokeshire.electoral.services@notifications.service.gov.uk
You can be assured that the email sent is authentic.
Don't worry if you havent received one as we don't have email addresses for everyone. Those who don't receive an email will be sent a letter shortly.
