Who we are and what we do

The Social Care Wales Workforce Development Programme (SCWWDP) is a national initiative funded by the Welsh Government and managed by Social Care Wales.

The Pembrokeshire SCWWDP team provides learning and development opportunities for individuals employed in social care, whether in paid or voluntary roles, caring for residents in Pembrokeshire.

We collaborate with Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion Councils to deliver a fully funded training programme that addresses local, regional, and national priorities.
