The Private Sector Housing team falls into 3 main units dealing with:
- Adaptations for the disabled in public and private sector property
- Private Sector Housing standards, enforcement and licensing
- Area renewal, home safety, energy, staying put grants and loans
In addition some assessment services for the elderly and disabled are provided.
Services are available to:
- Disabled persons in private sector housing
- Council tenants requiring adaptations to their homes
- Owner occupiers
- Private sector tenants
- Landlords
- Agents and contractors
