Senior IT Developer 

As a Senior IT Developer, you will take the lead on designing and delivering complex system integrations across the Authority. You’ll build, support and enhance solutions that connect business-critical systems, ensuring they work seamlessly together. This role involves troubleshooting through analysis, development and testing, while providing technical leadership and guidance to the wider team. You will work closely with internal services and external suppliers, so strong communication, problem-solving skills and experience with Microsoft technologies and modern web development frameworks are essential.

IT Developer 

As an IT Developer, you will develop and support web-based applications and integrations between internal and third-party systems. Working within an Agile environment, you will troubleshoot and resolve application issues, while contributing to upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement. You’ll use technologies such as .NET, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, alongside a strong understanding of web security and best practice. This role requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Digital Support Officer 

As part of the Digital Support Team, you will be the first point of contact for technical support across the Authority. You will roll out and configure end-user devices, ensure systems remain secure and compliant, and provide high-quality support to staff and schools. You will also advise on new technologies and support the organisation in adopting digital tools effectively. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and experience supporting a range of devices are key to success in this role.
