Public Rights of Way - Legal

There are 2400 km of rights of way in Pembrokeshire, of which approximately a third is within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Within the Conservation Team is the Public Rights of Way Legal Team. Their role is to deal with issues concerning the legal aspects relating to all those Public Rights of Way situated outside of the National Park.

The Team also deals with some of the legal rights of way aspects within the Park. However, for issues concerning paths within the boundary of the Park please first contact the National Park.
