Parc Gwyn Fees and Charges

Payment of fees

Fees are payable by:

• telephone (01834) 860622
• post or in person at the Parc Gwyn Office, Narberth, Pembrokeshire SA67 8UD.

We accept payment by credit/debit card, cheque (payable to Pembrokeshire County Council) or cash.

Crematorium standard fee - attended service: £860.00

Service Monday - Friday 9:15am to 3:15pm for persons aged 18 years and over.
Each booking slot is 45 minutes, and includes a permitted service time of 30 minutes only, the remaining time is to enter and leave our Chapel and to prepare it for the following service.
N.B: Maximum coffin size (Including handles) up to 84” long X 41“ wide X 27” high

The fee includes:

• Music via our digital music system (Wesley Media)
• A selection of Welsh and English hymns played by our resident organist
• Environmental surcharge; Medical referee fee
• Ashes collection by funeral director / applicant / named representative
• Biodegradable ashes casket; storage of ashes for one month; cremation certificate
• Unwitnessed interment of ashes in our gardens of remembrance

Crematorium unattended (direct cremation i.e. no service takes place): £703.50

Monday – Friday a morning slot before 9:15am must be booked and delivery of coffin must take place before 9:00am on day booked, for persons aged 18 years and over delivery in advance is possible but will be subject to our cold store fee as shown in our additional fees.

The fee includes:-

• Environmental surcharge; medical referee fee
• Ashes collection by funeral director / applicant / named representative
• Biodegradable ashes casket; storage of ashes for one month; cremation certificate
• Unwitnessed interment of ashes in our gardens of remembrance

Baby (under 24 weeks gestation) & stillborn (24 weeks gestation and over): No charge

Additional fees

Surcharge for a 4:00pm weekday service time (18 years of age and over): £67.50 (plus standard fee)

Double service - additional 30 minute service time (to include all ages)

• Monday – Friday from 10:00am to 3:15pm: £134.50 (plus standard fee)
• Monday – Friday extra slot at 4:00pm: £203.00 (plus standard fee)

Surcharge for a Saturday service: 18 years of age and over

• 10:45am – 1:00pm: £270.00 (plus standard fee)
• Double Service, additional 30 minute service time, available for services 10:45 to 12:15pm: £405.00 (plus standard fee)

Use of coffin storage facility prior to the day of cremation - for up to 24 hours: £19.50

Temporary storage of remians per month - first month no charge: £8.00

Supply of urns and containers for storage of ashes

• Bio-degradable scatter pods: Large £21.00 / Small £8.00
• Bio-degradable casket: £8.00
• Metal urn: Large £29.50 / Small £16.00

Memorial kerbs

Polished grey granite kerbs are lined along the edges of our footpaths within the gardens of remembrance; each kerb accommodates a 4-line inscription; initially purchased with a 10-year lease, upon expiry either renew or collect your kerb.

Tree of Life

Gold coloured memorial leaf 4” x 1 ½”. Memorial leaves are placed on our hand-sculptured tree of life, which can be found wall mounted within our Chapel of Remembrance; each leaf accommodates a 5-line inscription; initially purchased with a 5-year lease, upon expiry either renew or collect your leaf.
