We have a range of in-house social care services across Pembrokeshire – Community home care & Reablement services, Day Centres, Residential Homes & Community Equipment Services. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of these services. We will give you information about the work setting - what it does, who uses it, who works there & where it is, and will try to match your work placement to your locality.
