Can I remain anonymous?

Anonymous complaints are not normally accepted due to the difficulty in investigating such complaints.

Any details that you give will be held in the strictest of confidence and will not be disclosed to anyone during investigations into your complaint.  However, the matter may be heard in the Magistrates Court, at which stage you may be required to appear as a witness for the Council.
