Refund Policy

The Learning Pembrokeshire policy on refund of course fees is as follows: 

• Should Learning Pembrokeshire cancel a course prior to commencement, a full refund will be given. 
• Customer cancellations prior to course commencement, will incur an administration charge of £10. No refunds will be given following commencement of a course.
• Appeals procedure: Under exceptional circumstances, following course commencement, appeals for refunds can be made to the Area Lifelong Learning Coordinator. A minimum enrolment and administration charge of £25 will be incurred.
