Improvement Review
The Welsh Government (WG) introduced a statutory duty under the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009 to prepare an Annual Improvement Review.
The purpose of the Review and the Summary is to show how we are meeting our plans to improve the way in which we deliver services to our customers.
