Good practice and Achievements

In October 2018 we commenced phase 1 of an exciting project with a number of partners, including Health and Peopletoo, to co-develop a wider Day Opportunities model for older people and people with learning disabilities.  This focussed on building real, open and honest relationships with members of local communities, talking about and designing services together as equals with those who use them to ensure that there is something for everyone in Pembrokeshire.  '
