Social Services Transport

Pembrokeshire County Council provides transport for Social Services clients throughout the county. This transport is co-ordinated by the transport unit and is provided using the Council's own fleet of wheelchair accessible minibuses.

The Council also has a team of volunteers that provide individual transport for young people, frail elderly people and those with disabilities who cannot use public transport. This transport is arranged through a social worker or care manager when a care plan is agreed.
