Risk Assessments

For safety purposes any premises storing or selling explosives need to complete a risk assessment. This is in addition to your obligation to carry out  a fire safety risk assessment and to implement a fire management plan, under the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005, which is enforced by Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service (opens in a new tab)
