Term
The land will be let on the standard County Council farm business tenancy agreement for a term of 2 years
Rent
Applicants are asked to indicate on the attached form the annual level of annual rent that they would be prepared to offer in excess of £700 per annum.
This is to be shown on the attached tender application form.
The rent will be payable in advance on the 1st day of the agreement and annually thereafter.
