Approximately 1.5-acre parcel of bare land within Pembrokeshire County Council’s County Farm Estate is to be let on a 364 day grazing licence. Please note that there is no water on site.

 

Rent

Applicants are asked to indicate on the application form the level of rent that they would be prepared to offer in excess of £150

The land will be let on a 364 day grazing licence.

 

Viewings and Further Information

The land can be viewed from the Public Highway. From the roundabout by the Cleddau Bridge, follow Warrior Way down past the Bridge Innovation Centre. The access gate to the land is situated on the left hand side of the road.
