Statement of reasons
It is proposed to vary the existing Car Park Order, namely the Pembrokeshire County Council (Off Street Parking Places) (Consolidation Order) 2011 by way of the following:-
- To introduce an overnight Motorhome / Campervan stop over tariff at parking places numbered 13 – Goodwick Moor, Goodwick. Map of Goodwick moor
This variation introduces a new tariff to allow campervans / motorhomes to park and sleep overnight in parking place numbered 13, Goodwick Moor car park, Goodwick, for a maximum of 1 night. This will allow the Council to manage the area of the car park effectively and in line with our Traffic Management duty.

Notice is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 32 and 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the 1984 Act”) as amended and the provisions of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to vary the Schedule to the Pembrokeshire County Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation Order) 2011, with respect to the Parking Places listed in the table below, to make provision as follows:-
- To introduce an overnight stopover motorhome / camper van Tariff in Column 7 of the Schedule at parking place numbered 1

Parking definitions:
Motorhome / Campervan overnight stopover
Charges between – 7.00pm – 9.00am - to allow motorhome/campervan overnight parking and sleeping in selected car parks in the County, with a maximum stay of 1 night with conditions
- Overnight parking and sleeping – maximum 1 nights stay.
- No furniture to be stored outside the vehicle.
- No awnings or other covers to be erected.
- No LPG bottles to be stored outside.
- Not to provide waste and recycling points (however car park location will be close to public toilets)
