Council Tax e-Billing

Choosing to receive your Council Tax bill through ‘My Account' saves you time, helps us save on postal/print costs and reduces the impact on the environment.

It takes just a few minutes to register and only seconds to opt-in for e-Billing.

Step One: Log in to the new ‘My Account’ or register if you have not already done so

Step Two: Enter your Council Tax account/payment ref (your ref no is on your Council Tax bill)

Step Three: Go to ‘View Council Tax Account’

Step Four: Go to ‘Register to use additional Council Tax Services’ (Your name must match the name used on your Council Tax bill)

Step Five: Set up your two security questions

                10 digit online ref no.(found on your Council Tax bill)

                Add your postcode

Step Six: Accept terms and conditions and then ‘submit’

Remember: you will need your My Account Online Ref on your Council Tax bill to be able to complete the e-billing process
