Pembrokeshire Families' Support Network (PFSN)

Supporting families in Pembrokeshire

The Pembrokeshire Families' Support Network (PFSN) launched in 2022 and provides the opportunity for our family support teams, along with local voluntary and community sector groups, to work together to support and help families thrive.

The following support services are available - please scroll further down the page to ‘Who’s Who’ for more details on each of these services.

Our aim is to provide families with the right support at the right time, provide a quick response to those who need help to access to support services and give families the confidence to continue making positive changes independently.
