Key actions and activities to be undertaken in 2026-27 will include:

• Hosting the Eisteddfod 2026 which will promote the Welsh language and culture.
• Urdd Eisteddfod Participation
• Promotion of the Welsh Language Strategy 2026-31
• Implement the Strategy Action Plan
• Review of the Welsh Language Strategy 2021-26
• St David’s Day Parade organised by the Pembrokeshire Language Forum
• St David’s Day Staff Coffee Morning
• Review of the Internal Use of Welsh Policy
• Review of the Consultation Protocol and Welsh Language Impact Assessment to strenthen support for staff and complaince with the policy making standards
• Review of Welsh language information and resources intranet webpage
• Move to new framework (CEFR) for staff self-assessment of Welsh language skills to improve workforce data, language planning and reporting.
