Western Quayside Enhancement

We are undertaking a £6.3m redevelopment of the former Ocky White building in Haverfordwest, now known as ‘Western Quayside’.  The scheme is funded by the Welsh Government Transforming Towns programme and the Building for the Future programme through the European Regional Development Fund.

The project will provide a modern and stylish three-storey development, including a food emporium, bar and roof-top terrace and will help drive footfall to Haverfordwest, aiming to support business growth and also the wider regeneration of the County town centre.

During demolition works, significant archaeological findings were discovered. Read more about these historical discoveries using the linked newsroom articles, further along this page.

Please see below links and images for further information. We will aim to update on a regular basis accordingly.
