The Pembrokeshire Registration Service is responsible for the registration of all births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships which occur in Pembrokeshire.

To:

• make an appointment to register a birth or death
• make an appointment to give notice of marriage or civil partnership
• to apply for a birth, death, marriage or civil partnership certificate
