Pembrokeshire County Council is looking to extend its managed property portfolio and is seeking commercial property investments that meet the following criteria:

• £50,000 to £2,000,000
• Industrial, office, retail, others
• Fully or partly let or vacant
• Single or multiple occupation
• Any covenant strength

Pembrokeshire - all opportunities including management intensive

Wales - reasonable covenant, less management

UK - good covenant, single let, low management
