Local Development Plan Review
Submission
Pembrokeshire County Council has submitted proposals for the Pembrokeshire Local Development Plan 2 to the Welsh Government for examination. The County Council has programmed that these plan proposals, when adopted, will replace the Local Development Plan (2013-2021) and form the basis for decisions on land use planning for the area of Pembrokeshire excluding the National Park.
Local Development Plan 2 has been submitted to the Welsh Government for independent examination under section 64(1) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. The submission commenced on 17 July 2025 and was completed on 10 October 2025.
