How to Make a Request

There are two ways of requesting information. 

• To find out information about the Council or the Environment make a Freedom of Information or Environmental Information Regulations request.
• To obtain information the Council may hold about you, you need to make a Subject Access Request under Section 7 of the Data Protection Act.
